Shipping Policy

At Alva Treasures, every collectible we ship is handled with care — because we know it’s more than just a product; it’s a treasure. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will arrive, and what you can expect after placing an order.

Where We Ship

We proudly ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Select international destinations

Note: Some items might have regulations set by international customs. We will notify you as soon as possible if a problem occurs.

Processing Time

We ship orders only from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on U.S. holidays. 

  • Your order will be processed in 1–3 business days.
  • Processing orders might take up to 5 business days in busy or sales cycles.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your package is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

📦 Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — Rates calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Available for an extra charge
  • Free Shipping — On select items or promotions (watch for announcements!)

🌍 International Shipping:

  • Rates calculated based on destination and weight
  • Delivery time varies (usually 7–21 business days)
  • Customs processing may delay delivery

All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Your Order

We will email you a tracking number after your order ships. Use it to track your package on the carrier’s website.

If you didn’t receive tracking or have issues tracking your package, contact us at support@alvatreasures.com, and we’ll help right away.

Packaging and Protection

Each order is:

  • Carefully packed to prevent damage
  • Securely sealed
  • Labeled with love (and sometimes a handwritten note!)

We know your items are special — that’s why we treat them like our own.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Your shipment will be safe and arrive on time as expected. Sometimes, delivery may not go as planned.

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe
  • Shows as delivered but you haven’t received it

Please email us at support@alvatreasures.com within 3 days of delivery or expected delivery, and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos, if applicable

We’ll investigate and make things right.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees

Extra costs like duties and taxes are not included in the price. The person receiving the package must pay them. Rules can be different in each place. Please check with your local office for details.

  • USPS

  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international orders)

The carrier used will depend on your location and the shipping method. It will also depend on the size of your order.
