Return & Exchange Policy

Alva Treasures wants every collector to feel confident when buying from us. We stand behind the quality of our treasures. We aim to make your experience smooth and satisfying. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

General Return Policy

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item should be as you received it when you open the order.
  • It must not be used, not be damaged in any way, and still have its original packaging.
  • Be sure to include a copy of your purchase confirmation (order number or receipt).

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are final sale and non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items sold “as-is” or marked final sale
  • Fragile vintage items with unique aging signs noted in the description
  • Customized or personalized items

We try to clearly mention non-returnable status on each product page.

3. Return Process

Step-by-Step:

  1. Email us at support@alvatreasures.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm if the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
  3. Carefully repack the item, ideally in its original packaging.
  4. Ship it back using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges under these conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will pay for return shipping. We will send a replacement if we have it. If the item is out of stock, we will give a full refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care when packing your treasures. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Email us with if your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake.

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number

We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank
  • Still no luck? Email us at support@alvatreasures.com

International Returns

We currently ship globally, but return shipping for international orders must be paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Please allow extra time for return transit and refund processing for international orders.
